Our Range of Grounds Maintenance Contracts Available
Gold Service
(A) Cut grass weekly, on a cut and collect basis.
(B) Sweep/Blow all hard surfaces, and remove debris off site on every visit.
(C) Weed planted areas on every visit, manual/chemical depending on their growing habit.
(D) Prune planted areas according to their season.
(E) Treat all hard surfaces with weed killer, to keep weed free.
(F) Weed/Feed and scarify lawns twice yearly.
(G) Supply and maintain bedding and hanging basket schemes if required.
(H) Tree work not included, but can be arranged through a sub contractor.
(I) Collect litter on every visit, and remove off site.
(J) Payment divided into 12 equal instalments, payable within 28 days of invoice date.
Silver Service
(A) Cut grass on a 14 day cycle April till October, 30 day cycle November till March on a cut and collect basis.
(B) Sweep/Blow all hard surfaces, and remove debris off site on every visit.
(C) Weed planted areas on every visit, manual/chemical depending on their growing habit.
(D) Prune planted areas according to their season.
(E) Treat all hard surfaces with weed killer, to keep weed free.
(F) Weed/Feed lawns once yearly.
(G) Supply and maintain bedding and hanging basket schemes if required.
(H) Tree work not included, but can be arranged through a sub contractor.
